Part Time Baker

We at Crumbl are looking for motivated and positive individuals with outstanding customer service skills who can assist us in bringing our world's best cookies to our community. The ideal candidate is energetic, accountable, responsible, pays close attention to details, and works well in a team environment. As a member of our team, you will bake delicious cookies, decorate, clean, interact with customers, and take orders. Responsibilities:

Read and understand Crumbl recipes Follow step-by-step instructions to measure ingredients, mix dough bases, and frostings Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels Clean and restock the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Decorate and display the finished product Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

MUST BE 18

Basic phone applications and basic math skills is required Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products Ability to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
