The successful candidate will have a proven ability to support a team to fulfill the vision of our high-quality operation, while consistently meeting production goals and quality in our bread.

Reports to:

Head Bread Baker and Plant Manager The Job Must have a deep understanding of the brand ethos and volume, while being able to prepare an array of breads at an exceptional level for our clientele. While consistently maintaining daily pastry production, also must be able to observe health and safety guidelines in order to achieve a sanitary environment for both you and our clientele. Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment is a must. Job responsibilities include completing daily production in a timely fashion, knowledge of our products, ability to operate bakery machinery, maintaining a clean, well-organized work environment, and helping to create a joyful experience for our guests at Alon's Bakery & Market. Skills, Experience and Education Required 1-3 years of previous experience in similar environment Self-starter, detail oriented, flexible, quick-learner, and able to work independently Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment About Alon's Bakery & Market Alon's Bakery & Market is an award-winning restaurant, providing high-quality artisan baked goods and cuisine since 1992.
