Job Description
Blue Rooster Bake Shop is looking for one or two bakers to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 169 West Pike Street in Downtown Lawrenceville. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Responsibilities Measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- multi task and work in a fast pace environment. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs daily. Must be able to follow our recipes Qualifications Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
