Job Description
Ice Cream Cake Decorator / Cake Specialist We are looking for an experienced and reliable Ice Cream Cake Decorator to help support cake production and establish cake operations for a new Cold Stone Creamery location in Snellville. This role is ideal for someone with prior cake decorating or bakery experience who can work independently, maintain quality standards, and help guide cake preparation processes and workflow. We are open to part-time hours (approximately 15-20 hours/week) or a short-term training/consulting arrangement for highly experienced candidates. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble ice cream cakes according to company standards and customer orders Decorate cakes using piping, writing, borders, icing techniques, and creative designs Maintain consistency, presentation quality, and cleanliness standards Assist with cake prep organization, workflow, and inventory management Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures at all times Help train and guide store leadership/team members on cake preparation processes when needed Qualifications Prior cake decorating, bakery, or pastry experience required Strong piping and cake writing skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and consistency in product quality Strong organization and cleanliness standards Weekend availability preferred Please note: candidates without prior cake decorating or bakery experience will not be considered for this role. Photos of previous cake work are strongly preferred.
