Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Baker to join our early morning team. This role starts early in the am and focuses on preparing, baking, and frying a variety of pastries and malasadas while ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the day's service. This role is flexible and we are willing to work with the schedule for ideal candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix and prepare batters and doughs including muffins, scones, and morning buns Prepare pastry and bread dry mixes for daily production Fry malasadas Prepare and portion ingredients Refill and restock ingredients and prep items throughout the shift Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while following food safety and sanitation standards
Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable working early morning shifts (starting as early as 4 am) Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment Strong attention to detail and consistency in baking processes Able to follow recipes, production schedules, and prep lists Experience in baking or professional kitchens preferred Able to lift 50 lbs
