The ideal Baker has hands-on experience with baking bread, cakes and other sweets As a Baker , you will be responsible for preparing, scooping and baking high-quality pastries while maintaining our standards for flavor, texture, appearance, and consistency. Responsibilities Prepare, scoop, proof, and bake croissants and other laminated pastries Maintain consistent quality, size, shape, texture, and appearance Monitor dough temperature, fermentation, proofing, and baking times Follow recipes, production schedules, and bakery standards Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area What We're Looking For Previous professional experience as a Baker or pastry professional Strong understanding of fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Positive team player with strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Experience:

2+ years of professional pastry or bakery experience preferred
