Baker responsibilities include opening the store early in the morning, Baking Bagels,muffins, croissants, preparing orders and brewing coffee. To be successful in this role, you should have the motivation to be up early and manage your time. Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis. Responsibilities Open the store early in the morning Bake different bread types, like muffins, bagels and croissants Adjust oven temperature to ensure proper baking brew all iced products setup sandwich station Skills Experience as a Baker, or similar role Understanding of food safety practices Excellent time-management skills Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
