This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys baking, decorating, and bringing smiles to customers every day. Position Overview As a Part-Time Baker/Decorator you'll play an essential role in creating our signature cupcakes and ice cream treats while ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. You will assist with baking, decorating, customer service, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities Baking & Decorating Prepare and bake cupcakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to established recipes Decorate cupcakes professionally and consistently Assist with daily prep and production tasks Customer Service Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude Answer questions, take orders, and package products Provide product recommendations and ensure a great guest experience Cash Handling Operate the POS system accurately Handle transactions and payments responsibly Food Safety & Cleanliness Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean workspace, bakery area, and customer area Properly store ingredients and rotate inventory Requirements Previous baking or decorating experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
