Job Description
Bakery Team Member (Part-Time) Butter & Batter Bakery - Lapel, IN Butter & Batter Bakery is looking for a part-time team member to help with day-to-day production, decorating, and preparation.
Responsibilities may include:
Preparing and baking cookies, cupcakes, and other baked goods Assisting with cake decorating Preparing buttercream, fillings, and other components Packaging customer orders Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Washing dishes and cleaning equipment Assisting with wedding and custom order preparation Ideal applicants are: Creative and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Willing to learn new techniques and skills Able to follow instructions and recipes carefully Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Able to work independently once trainedExperience:
Previous baking, pastry, or cake/cupcake decorating experience is preferred. Applicants should have some hands-on experience or education in baking, pastry, or a professional kitchen.Position:
Part-time hours (16-24hrs) with flexible schedulingPay:
$8.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per weekBenefits:
