We are committed to providing a sophisticated guest experience and maintaining a professional environment that celebrates Kentucky's rich heritage and culinary traditions. Position overview The Baker is a dual-role position responsible for producing high-quality baked goods and savory menu items. You will manage everything from dough preparation and pastry finishing to station service and high-volume food prep. This full-time role requires a versatile professional who can maintain strict quality and sanitation standards across a flexible schedule . This is an onsite position. Baking Duties Prepare and bake items such as breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes Monitor baking times and temperatures for quality and consistency Decorate or finish baked goods as needed Ensure proper storage and labeling of baked products Cooking Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and presentation standards Assist with menu specials and daily offerings Maintain a clean and organized cooking area Food Prep Duties Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking and baking Portion and label food items for storage and service Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly Rotate stock and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices Maintain prep areas in a clean and sanitary condition Full Time with Flexible Hours.
