Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and an enthusiasm for creating delicious baked goods. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity in cake decorating, and a commitment to food safety standards. As a Baker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality products that delight our customers. Duties Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair to meet customer specifications. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment. Collaborate with the catering team to fulfill special orders and events. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and fulfilling their requests. Qualifications Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry production. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Strong skills in cake decorating and presentation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and preparation of ingredients. Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating visually appealing products.
