Job Description
Tartine, Llc in New Orleans, LA is looking for a part time baker to join our team. We are located on 7217 Perrier St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Responsibilities Weigh and measure ingredients Mix and shape brioche, baguettes, bagels, ciabatta, multigrain, and sourdough Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products. Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed Make Quiche, sones, cookies, and brownies Prepare and maintain inventory Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment Qualifications Attention to detail in all aspects of baking Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal Experience as a Baker a plus We are looking forward to receiving your application.
