Part Time Baker Andover, MA Job Details Part-time $17 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Baked goods Full Job Description Position Overview The Baker is responsible for producing a full range of handcrafted donuts and other baked goods from start to finish each day. This includes mixing dough, proofing, and frying. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong attention to detail and consistency and will complete other duties as needed. General Responsibilities Mix, prepare, and proof donut doughs Cut, shape, fry, and finish donuts according to shop standards Prepare glazes, fillings, and toppings Maintain consistency in product quality, appearance, and taste Follow daily production schedules to meet demand Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all times Monitor ingredient levels and communicate inventory needs Basic Qualifications Basic baking knowledge Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Minimum of high school diploma Valid driver's license Experience Prefer at least one (1) year of baking experience Hours 2am-8am. Flexible worked days. Pay $17-$22 per hour based on worked experience.
