Job Description
Overview barismo's cafe location in mid Cambridge is looking to expand our kitchen team. We are a short walk from the red line and easy to bike to. We are looking for a baker who can prep light production of morning baked goods. Experience is a must. 2 to 3 days a week and 15 to 20 hours a week needed. Duties Bakery preparation of items like scones, cookies, and others. Cleaning and restocking station Self-managed to follow tasks on board and work with supervision Requirements Previous experience in baking or pastry preparation is preferred Knowledge of food production processes, recipe adherence, and careful measuring Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently with good knife skills for dough handling Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes Excellent food safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace at all times Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Customer service mindset with a positive attitude toward team collaboration and product quality
Pay:
