Pastry Cook Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse - Lynnfield Davio's Lynnfield, an upscale Italian Steakhouse located in the MarketStreet Complex, is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. We specialize in signature Northern Italian steaks, handmade pastas, and classic Davio's desserts that delight our guests in a sophisticated, high-volume fine dining environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Lead Pastry Cook in a high-volume restaurant, steakhouse, or upscale dining setting Strong knowledge of pastry arts, including cakes, tarts, custards, gelato, sorbets, plated desserts, and Italian-inspired pastries Ability to create and execute high-quality, consistent desserts that complement our Northern Italian menu Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for presentation Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a pastry station and support staff Must be available to work weekends and nights (flexible scheduling including evenings, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
