In this role, you will learn from some of the best bakers, you will be taught french baking techniques, and how to work in a traditional french bakery with other French bakers. You will be baking all of the baguettes, loaves, challah, pain de mie, cheese bread, multigrain and more. You will also be using different types of flour, levain. Under the head baker, you will be responsible for daily production of all the store and catering breads.

This is a Full-time position:

You need to be able to work independently, have a clean workspace and station, a great attention to detail, always going the extra mile and working with quality. The ideal candidate will not only learn new skills with the french "savoir faire" but will also participate in the growth of the company. If that sounds like you, we would love to meet you. 3-4+ year experience preferred in Baking Weekend availability required Must be able to lift 50 lbs References Required (ServSafe Certification knowledge is a plus!)
