We are a from-scratch bakery and café specializing in custom cakes, desserts, and specialty coffee. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in creating high-quality products. Responsibilities Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars, and daily pastry offerings Make fillings, frostings, buttercreams, mousses, syrups, and other components from scratch Follow recipes and production schedules accurately Prepare ingredients and maintain organized kitchen prep stations Assist with inventory organization and stocking Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the kitchen Help ensure products are ready for daily café service and custom orders Requirements Prior baking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and punctuality are extremely important Must be available for morning shifts and weekends Schedule Morning shifts required Weekend availability required Part-time or full-time opportunities available depending on experience and availability Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Someone who ensures every product meets high quality standards Passionate about baking and desserts Organized and clean A team player with a positive attitude Willing to learn and grow with a small business Comfortable working early mornings and during busy holiday/weekend periods Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Employee discounts Growth opportunities within the company
