Job Description

Head Baker / Production Manager Gluten-Free Artisan Bakery Concord, MA (moving to Westwood soon) Full-time $35 45/hour DOELucky Stars Bakehouse is a dedicated gluten-free bakery in Concord. We developed our own proprietary flour blends and a full line of yeasted breads, cookies and bars. Demand is real and we're growing into wholesale and nationwide shipping the person who takes this job helps shape how and what we bake for years to come.

You'll run daily production: bake the full line to spec, own the production schedule, adjust quantities to sales, manage inventory and waste, oversee packaging and delivery, and keep the bakery clean and food-safe. As we grow, you'll build and lead the team.

You need: professional baking experience, a strong bread background, ServSafe Food Manager certification, and above all consistency the same cookie, the same crumb, the same crackle, every day. Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with early mornings, able to lift 50 lbs. Gluten-free experience is a plus, not a requirement; culinary school a plus.

What's different: this is a ground-floor job at a business still being built. Real voice in the product line, the schedule, the standards. Not a slot on a line.

Email tell us where you've baked and what you love to bake.
