This position would be full-time and include customer service, baking recipes from scratch, answering the phone, making coffee drinks & sandwiches, and assisting with custom cake making. We are a small local shop that is totally gluten-free and specializes in other healthier, allergy-friendly baked goods, so The Red Bandana is a place where you can be creative, love your clients and your work, and feel good about what you're doing. A friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful customer service manner is the most important qualification for this job, but hospitality and foodservice experience would be a plus.
