Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our dynamic manufacturing team. We will train the right person to fill the position of Dough Lamination Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly laminating dough layers to achieve the perfect texture and consistency required for premium baked goods.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative baking techniques while working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. What you'll do Learn and execute the full lamination process for croissants dough and Danish dough, sheeting butter, doing turns, shaping, and weighing dough to Roggenart's formulas and standards. Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to hit daily and weekly output targets for our café and wholesale accounts. Operate dough sheeters, bread mixer and keep your lamination station clean, organized, and up to food-safety standard. Log daily production and ingredient usage in our production/inventory software, and flag stock needs before they become shortages. Support ingredient ordering and production scheduling using our ordering and scheduling systems. Maintain proper labeling, dating, and storage of dough and finished product, and follow all food safety requirements. You must be able to lift 50lbs many times a day. All our ingredients are in 50lbs bags. Dough batches are over 100lbs What we're looking for Genuine interest in pastry production — no prior lamination experience required; we'll train you on the technique. Our shifts are 10hrs. Full time is 4/ 10hr days. Able to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and comfortable following precise recipes and procedures exactly. Organizational skills are a must. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 40.0 per week
