Baker & Production Associate Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107 Part-time Part-time Part-Time Baker & Production Team Member Ocean House Bakery Ocean House Bakery is looking for a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Part-Time Baker & Production Team Member to join our growing bakery team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in creating fresh, high-quality food and baked goods for our customers. Responsibilities Assist with daily baking and pastry production Prepare sandwiches, salads, fruit cups, and other grab-and-go items Package, label, and stock bakery products Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and production areas Follow recipes, food safety standards, and preparation guidelines Assist with inventory, prep work, and restocking ingredients/supplies Work collaboratively with the bakery team to maintain efficient production flow Help ensure products are fresh, attractive, and ready for display Qualifications Previous bakery, kitchen, café, or food service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Early morning and/or weekend availability preferred What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is versatile and enjoys both baking and food preparation.
