Responsibilities include preparing dough, baking bread and pastries, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with daily kitchen operations. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Early morning availability and teamwork are important.(5AM-1PM) If you are interested, please contact us for more information. Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen team to execute high-quality food production, including baking, cake decorating, and catering services. Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain impeccable hygiene standards. Develop innovative pastry recipes and decorating techniques to delight customers and elevate our culinary offerings. Coordinate packaging processes to ensure products are presented attractively and prepared efficiently for delivery or retail. Monitor daily kitchen operations, optimize workflow, and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies. Provide training on knife skills, baking techniques, and food safety protocols to foster skill development among team members. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our culinary creations. Requirements Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts with a strong portfolio of decorated cakes or desserts. Extensive kitchen experience in food production, food preparation, or catering environments within the food industry. Demonstrated culinary expertise with knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and proper food handling practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in baking methods are essential. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills to oversee packaging, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
