Duties Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes, ensuring quality and consistency Decorate cakes and desserts with precision and creativity to meet customer specifications and presentation standards Package baked items efficiently for retail display or catering orders while maintaining cleanliness and organization Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various bakery items Handle food safely by following proper hygiene practices, adhering to food safety regulations, and maintaining a clean workspace Support catering events by preparing baked goods in large quantities and ensuring timely delivery Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Experience Previous experience in baking, pastry arts, or food production
