Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or catering orders while maintaining product freshness and presentation. Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations. Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and portioning ingredients to support the overall kitchen operations. Support catering events by preparing specialty items and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment sanitation, ingredient storage, and inventory management. Skills Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts with a keen eye for detail. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques within the food industry or restaurant environment. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques related to baking and cooking. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining quality standards. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
