Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Baker to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, mixing, and assembling ingredients for various baked goods and dishes Package food items efficiently and accurately for retail or catering purposes Follow all food safety and handling protocols to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination Support kitchen operations by maintaining organized workstations and restocking supplies as needed Contribute to food production processes by adhering to recipes and quality standards Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and assisting with special requests when applicable Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry work is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Experience with cake decorating, packaging, and catering is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Join us in creating delicious experiences that delight our customers!
