What You'll Do:

As a Specialty Baker, you'll focus on the technical execution of laminated pastries and bread production. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality croissants, specialty pastries, and bread products that elevate the Uncommon brand. In this role, you will: Execute lamination, rolling, cutting, and proofing of croissants Manage bread dough development and fermentation timing Ensure consistency in specialty product quality and presentation Coordinate timing with Production Bakers for final bake Maintain clean and organized specialty production areas Support seasonal and specialty product launches This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in technical precision and thrives in a structured production environment.

What We're Looking For:

2-4 years of bakery or pastry experience preferred Experience with laminated dough and/or bread production required Strong understanding of fermentation and dough handling Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
