Responsibilities Operate pressing machines and equipment safely and efficiently to press garments, linens, and delicate fabrics. Inspect items for stains, damages, or irregularities before pressing to ensure quality control. Follow specific garment care instructions and customer requests to achieve optimal results. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks. Skills Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is highly preferred. Strong understanding of garment care, fabric types, and pressing techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to operate pressing machines safely and efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or balancing registers when necessary. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols in a hospitality or hotel environment is a plus.
