Job Description
Bit of Swiss is looking for evening Bread Bakers- Please read job description and hours before applying
- Current shift is Tuesday-Saturday, approximately 5:00 PM- 1:00 AM (hours may extend during busy seasons)
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Previous bakery production or commercial kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn to operate bakery equipment, including dough dividers, commerical mixers, ovens
- Shape and prepare dough for proofing and baking
- Follow production schedules and adapt to changing baking conditions per season
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- this includes cleaning equipment, work surfaces and floors
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to take direction and learn new skills quickly
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift ingredients, product, and equipment throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
