Assist and learn along the side of experienced Platers and Painters in obtaining high quality finishes and methods for our company and customers. A day to day glimpse of responsibilities include: Learning racking techniques that optimize part quality and quantityBuilding racks to optimize quantity of new productUnderstanding and using proper post-plating procedures for rinsing and drying partsFollowing inspection and packaging procedures The person in this position must be able to learn the daily essential responsibilities and goals to perform successful results. This position receives a weekend shift differential, resulting in an adjusted wage of $19.25-$22.00 per hour.
