What You'll Do:
Create a variety of juices, smoothies, coffees, and specialty drinks using organic, locally sourced ingredients. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, assisting customers in choosing products that suit their tastes and health goals. Ensure the juice bar area is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety standards. Assist in stocking and organizing supplies and inform supervisors of any inventory needs. Work closely with co-op staff to support overall store operations and promote a positive work environment.

Commitment to maintaining high standards in beverage preparation and cleanliness. Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a supportive team environment. Availability to work various shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Schedule & Hours:
Part-time:
Approximately 16-20 hours/week Includes afternoons, evening and weekend shifts Flexibility to pick up extra shifts is a plus!

Requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications:
Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment English proficiency Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills Able to remain flexible to the changing needs of the business Regular, predictable attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems Previous juice bar/coffee bar experience Familiarity with natural foods, grocery industry or cooperatives
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 30 pounds frequently; 30-50+ pounds occasionally Manual dexterity with ability to reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and fingers for extended periods of time Mid-to-general range visual acuity to evaluate and interact in working environment and operate deli equipment for extended periods of time Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Regular exposure to refrigerated/frozen and hot/humid environments Ability to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, and bend occasionally required Ability to be exposed to, work with, and directly handle dietary allergies including, but not limited to: gluten, wheat and flours; dairy and soy; meats and shellfish; peanuts and tree nuts Ability to work safely with sanitation supplies
