There are excellent advancement opportunities for people who show their dedication and skill! The open position in the production team. This position will be 5 days per week Sunday-Thursday. Early mornings, starting hourly pay is $18.00 BOE. 6:00 am-2:30 pm Production Shift Required skills: Lift in excess of 30-40 pounds Ability to be on your feet for 8 hour shifts Excellent attendance Great time management Good interpersonal skills Knowledge or ability to learn to run bakery machines Knowledge of baking or ability to learn Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste. Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health regulations. Handle food safely according to industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the baking process. Experience Previous experience in food production or bakery settings is preferred. Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a kitchen environment.
