As a Baker , you will bring recipes to life with precision, creativity, and care. From preparing doughs and pastries to ensuring every item meets our high standards, your work will delight guests from the very first bite. Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods by following our recipes and yield guides Assist in decorating cakes and pastries Keep our kitchen vibrant and efficient by maintaining well-stocked, clean, and sanitized work areas that inspire creativity Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitationTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Exhibits 1+ years of prior relevant experience in baking Demonstrates 2+ years of high-volume baking experience (preferred) Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Embraces feedback and continuously seeks opportunities to improve their craft THE PERKS & BENEFITS
