• Cary, NC La Pause Parisienne, an authentic French bakery in Cary, North Carolina, is looking for an experienced Baker to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with professional experience in bread production , ideally with experience making artisan or French-style breads. Responsibilities Prepare and produce baguettes and artisan breads Mixing, dividing and shaping dough Manage fermentation and proofing Bake breads and ensure consistent quality Organize daily bread production Maintain a clean and organized production area What we're looking for Professional bread-baking experience Good understanding of dough fermentation and proofing Ability to work independently Reliable and organized Comfortable with early-morning bakery shifts Experience with French-style bread or baguettes is a plus, but not required.
