Sunflour Baking Company is looking for you! We are inviting professionals to join our Bake Team in a variety of roles from bread baking, cake decorating and pastry production to various bench work in support of the operation. We are busy and we are fun!
Successful candidates will:
- Be experienced, skilled and passionate about Baking and Pastry Arts
- Be able to work well with others under pressure
- Understand and implement kitchen sanitation, safety and cleaning protocols
- Be reliable and consistently show up on time, ready to work
Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Availability between 5:00 am to 4:30 pm Additional qualifications we would like to see:
- Experience with laminated dough
- Experience with natural leavened dough
- Cake decorating skills and creativity
- Familiarity with large-scale production methods and machinery
- Servsafe, HACCP and any other regulatory qualifications
