Job Overview:
As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of high-quality baked goods for our hotel guests. You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a wide range of items, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. Key Responsibilities Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and standards. Bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts. Decorate cakes and pastries with icings, frostings, and other decorative elements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Qualifications Proven experience as a Baker or similar role. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for baking and a creative eye for detail. Food Handler's Certificate (required).
