Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bread Production Associate to join our dynamic bakery team. In this role, you will be integral to the bread-making process, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely. Your enthusiasm for food production and commitment to food safety standards will help us deliver fresh, delicious bread to our customers every day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills within a fast-paced bakery kitchen environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Assist in preparing dough and other ingredients according to established recipes and procedures Operate baking equipment and machinery safely, including mixers, ovens, and proofers Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering strictly to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Monitor baking processes, adjusting temperatures and timings to ensure optimal product quality Handle food products with care, following proper food handling and safety protocols at all times Support the maintenance of equipment through basic mechanical troubleshooting when necessary Ensure accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and quality checks Requirements Previous experience in food production, bakery, or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food handling, sanitation, and safety standards such as HACCP and CGMP Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes accurately Mechanical aptitude or basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance or troubleshooting Familiarity with food industry regulations and best practices in food safety and sanitation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us in creating exceptional baked goods! Pay:
$15.00 - $18.50 per hour
