Casually sophisticated and thoughtfully designed, Good Graces will be a multi-functional destination for our community to eat, drink, gather, and shop. We are seeking a baker who is positive, self-motivated, and has a passion for quality pastries, baked goods, and breads. This candidate will take the lead in producing a daily selection of breads, pastries, and baked goods that anchor our menu and market offerings. This is an opportunity to develop your own recipes, experiment with seasonal flavors, and showcase local ingredients while maintaining consistency and excellence in production. We are looking to hire someone who holds themselves to a high standard of excellence and finds fulfillment and motivation in developing delicious baked goods. The baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for food preparation and presentation. Key Responsibilities Produce breads, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods daily for our market and eatery. Plan menu items and specials aligned with the seasons and available local ingredients. Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and presentation standards. Manage ingredient inventory and communicate with local suppliers and farms. Keep the bakery space clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Collaborate with our executive chef to create menu pairings and specials. Assist with special events or catering as needed. Qualifications Previous kitchen / bakery experience (minimum 1 year) Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
