Responsibilities Prepare a wide range of baked goods, bagels, and pastries. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent results. Assist in dough preparation, ensuring proper mixing, kneading, and resting processes. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces regularly. Follow recipes and production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines. Monitor baking processes to ensure products are baked to the correct specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold safety standards. Skills Proven experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred. Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Good organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
