Position:

This is a physical job in a hot, fast-paced environment. You'll be lifting heavy pans, shaping dough, loading ovens, and standing on your feet all day. We're looking for someone who thrives on staying busy, being part of a team, and getting things done right. If you're independent, dependable, and proud of a hard day's work, this is the role for you.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

5:30 AM - 1:30 PM Set weekly schedule Flexibility required—some days may run longer and staying late to finish production is expected

What You'll Do:

Shape bread and prep pans Load and unload commercial ovens De-pan baked goods Shape and bake pretzels Operate large-scale commercial baking equipment, including dough mixers, ovens, and a lye application machine Safely handle and work with food-grade lye solutions in accordance with all safety and training protocols Package cookies, biscotti, and other products Assist with dish-washing and bakery cleaning Help with the packaging department as needed Stay until all tasks are complete, some days may require longer shifts

Independent worker, can stay focused and productive without constant supervision Extremely reliable, shows up on time, ready to work Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stay on your feet for 8+ hours Flexible with schedule, some days will run longer and we need team members who can stay Basic math and communication skills Positive, can-do attitude and good team communication Works well in a fast-paced, sometimes hot and high-pressure environment Why Work With Us?
