Job Description
Overview We are seeking 2 individuals (16 or older), to join our team on Sundays starting the end of August. (Sundays 7:30-1:30). You will be working behind the counter assisting our customers. Must be friendly and can multi-task and work the register. Duties Assist in the display of baking good and prepare coffees. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cafe, including equipment, utensils, work surfaces. Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and ensuring products are fresh and appealing. Engage with customers to promote bakery products, answer questions, and provide recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred but not required.. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and inventory management. Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues..
