Responsibilities:

Design and decorate custom cakes for various occasions, ensuring high aesthetic standards. Prepare and mix icing, fondant, and other decorative elements. Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and special requests. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations. Assist in inventory management of baking supplies and ingredients. Stay updated on cake decorating trends and techniques to enhance skills. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and offering cake recommendations. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve decorating skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role. Strong artistic skills with attention to detail and creativity. Knowledge of various cake decorating techniques and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school degree preferred. Passion for baking and creating memorable experiences for customers.
