Duties Measure and mix ingredients accurately to produce consistent doughs, batters, and baked goods according to recipes and food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently Prepare various baked goods including cakes, pastries, bread, and other confections with attention to detail in texture and flavor Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation procedures and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use Assist with cake decorating and pastry preparation to enhance presentation quality Package finished products carefully for storage or delivery while adhering to food handling guidelines Support food production processes by following recipe instructions precisely and managing multiple tasks in a high-volume environment Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry arts within a bakery or food industry setting Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, cake decorating, and food safety management Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and other culinary tools safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail with strong knife skills and understanding of recipe adherence for consistent results Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes Experience in high-volume production environments with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Good communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service when interacting with colleagues or clients Knowledge of food handling regulations and maintaining a clean workspace in compliance with safety standards Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us—where your baking expertise helps craft delightful baked goods while fostering a safe, clean, and vibrant kitchen environment.
