Full Job Description Overview Job Description:
Pinho's Bakery is seeking a reliable and hardworking Baker's Assistant to join our team. This position supports our bakers in preparing products, and assisting with daily production needs. Bread or Pastry skills/experience desired.
Shift:
Night shift - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (flexible) Tuesday through Sunday (flexibility preferred)
Responsibilities:
Assist bakers with preparation and production Measure and prepare ingredients Operate basic bakery equipment (training provided) Clean and maintain workstations Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Dependable and punctual Ability to work overnight hours Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Bakery or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
