Job Description

Sweetsboro Pastry Shoppe, an old fashion European bakery with roots from Philadelphia and Germany specializing in quality baked goods from scratch, is hiring an experienced cake decorator. We have an
IMMEDIATE OPENING
for a highly motivated team leader who has fondant experience in our busy retail/wholesale bakery to join our team as a
CAKE DECORATOR
. The ideal candidate must be productive and able to produce at a fast pace, i.e. decorate a basic cake under 5 minutes and creativity to create new menu items. The position requires candidates to be available weekends and during busy holiday seasons.
Qualifications:
Must be available early morning hours; Must have experience as a cake decorator; Fondant experience is preferred; Must comply with all company policies and requirements; Must be able to take "constructive criticism" or directions from others.
Benefits:
Competitive starting salary, commensurate with experience .
Schedule:
Thursday to Sunday (every other Sunday off); Weekends; New Year's day, Memorial day, Labor day, and Christmas day off.
