The daily schedule is 6am-2pm Monday-Friday. Expected to work hard with PASSION for the work being done! Directly responsible for preparing & executing the production of all baked goods for Lola's Bakeshop, The Lunch Box cafes, and Lunch Box Catering. This includes daily bakery case setup + the daily prep and execution of bulk baked goods for the catering department.

Daily production of sweets like cookies & scones, coffee cakes & loaves. Ensure that all baked goods are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards Responsible for prep, organization of ingredients & maintaining inventory on station Must be able to maintain a clean work environment due to "open bakeshop" concept. Must keep a clean & organized physical appearance & adhear to the dress code. Must set a positive tone and demand a strong work ethic from baking staff Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedule for baking equipment, tools & area Fulfill all café baked good orders daily Fulfill all catering orders (dessert trays & boxes)

Expectations:

At least 1 year experience managing a baking program Must be able to communicate clearly with owner, manager(s) and co-workers Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Must be able to multi-task Expected to work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely fashion Expected to work hard with PASSION for the work being done!
