Counter Staff Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Counter Staff to join our team at Tim Horton's located at 2220 Southwestern Blvd West Seneca NY! As a Counter Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include taking and making guest orders, handling cash transactions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Also hiring for Open Baker position. As Opening Baker your primary role consists of baking all product prior to store opening, keeping up with product throughout the morning and following all brand standards. Some heavy lifting is required. We offer flexible scheduling but are in need of the following shifts on weekdays and weekends: 6am

• 2/3pm
• $16/hour Opening Baker
• 3am•11am•$17/hr

Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers
• Follow food safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Prepare and serve food items as needed
• Operate POS System
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the food industry or customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
