  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Baker.
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our food production processes, from preparation to packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with specific skills in baking and cake decorating. You will be responsible for creating high-quality food products while maintaining exceptional standards of food safety and customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Package finished products efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Assist in food production processes, including food preparation, cooking, and handling ingredients safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs regarding food orders. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of food items. Utilize proper knife skills for efficient preparation of ingredients. Qualifications Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in baking and pastry preparation. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food production. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn new techniques within the kitchen environment. Experience in from scratch baking, barista knowledge are a bonus!
