I am looking for help making my specialty shortbread cookie boxes. This role may expand to include other responsibilities. Baking experience preferred but not necessary. Responsibilities:

Preparing, mixing, baking, and packaging shortbread cookies Additional bakery tasks as needed (mixing dough, chopping fruit, etc.) Maintaining a clean working station, dishwashing (clean as you go) Following food safety protocols Communicating ingredient and packaging supply levels

Schedule:

8 hour shift on Mondays, potentially adding second shifts on Wednesdays depending on workload
