Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a Quickbread/Muffin/Cookie Mixer to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience of measuring, mixing, following a recipe (pizza dough, cookies, etc.). We are an equal opportunity bakery, and we welcome bilingual individuals. Duties Prepare and mix ingredients according to specified recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in flavor and texture. Operate various kitchen equipment including commercial mixers and other food processing machinery. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production schedules are met. Keep the mixing area clean and organized. Requirements Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen setting is required. Mechanical knowledge for operating mixing equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately. Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
