Job Description

Manhattan Bistro & Bagel 123 Saratoga Road / Rt 50 Glenville, NY 12302 (Socha Plaza) Great early morning job! Since shift starts at 4:30am and can end as early as 10am if you prefer this gives you the rest of the day to do the things you enjoy! Part Time and Full Time shifts available Part Time Shifts are usually: 4:30am-10:00am Baking (Weekdays) and 4:30am-Noon Baking (Weekends) Full Time Shifts (optional) 4:30am-10:00am Baking (Weekdays) and 4:30am-Noon Baking (Weekends) followed by making dough and forming Bagels or working upfront Making Sandwiches and waiting on customers if you would like a variety.
Job Summary:
Bagel Bakers make our authentic NY style Bagels, Bakers Make Bagel Dough, Boil then Bake Bagels, and also do some food prep.
Job duties:
Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake Measure and mix ingredients to form dough according to recipe Form dough into bagels Proof and retard bagels Boil Bagels Bake Bagels Bake assorted Pastries Misc Food Prep (If Full Time is desired) Making Sandwiches and waiting on
